Deeper focus. Real tools. Relief that makes sense.
If you’ve ever wished someone could just explain what’s going on with your neck, jaw, or back and give you a clear way to work with it, these workshops are for you.
Each one focuses on a specific area or issue and gives you simple, science-based tools to help your body move better and feel more comfortable. You’ll leave with new insight, useful resources, and a calmer nervous system.
You'll explore a mix of gentle movement, Clinical Somatics, and nervous system education.
Each workshop includes time for questions, guidance, and personalized feedback. In-person events may include light hands-on support. Online sessions are simple to follow and easy to adapt to your space. All movements are modifiable. No need to be flexible or experienced.
Who this is for:
- People who enjoy learning in a small group
- Adults who want smart, supportive movement
- Those curious about the connection between stress and the body
- Online participants from anywhere in the world
- Local clients looking for in-person sessions in Chester
If you’re open to trying something new and can focus for 90 minutes or more, you’ll fit right in.

Free Release and Restore Workshop!
Saturday, February 14, 2026, On-line, at 10 AM Atlantic Time.
Join us for an hour of simple, slow relaxation. It's perfect way to ease sore shovelling muscles or winter tension. All you need is a semi-inflated mini-exercise ball (one of the soft semi-inflatable balls we sometimes use in class or private sessions) and a comfortable place to lie down. You can get in touch with me if you don’t have a mini ball and I can tell you how to get one. They are great for release work and are well worth a small investment.
Once you have registered below you will receive a reminder with a Zoom link to join the workshop.
“I learned so much from you this past week and my body and I are deeply grateful for the time and energy you gave to us.“
-Betsy, Virginia
"I woke this morning in a new body that for the first time in ages was more relaxed and ready to get going far more comfortably. The squishy ball is great it and it sits beside me as I write.”
-Beverley, Nova Scotia
"I know you caught at least some of my FB posts about our trip to Cape Breton. I was determined to do what was reasonable and with the exception of one very severe incline and rough surfaces I did it all…I did my morning releases and used the black balls, green squishy, lots of mat work and yellow ball to finish every day when we got back. ...I want to thank you for showing me these ways of helping myself. I wouldn’t have been there doing all these wonderful activities if it wasn’t for you."
- Gerrie, Nova Scotia
