These 90-minute classes are for people who want to move with more ease, build functional strength, and learn how to care for their bodies without pushing through pain or pretending nothing hurts.

In-person in Chester (St. Stephen’s Tuck Hall): June through September
What it costs
$22 per 90-minute online class
$25 per 90-minute in-person class
Pay as you go. There are no contracts or subscriptions required.

If you’re joining in-person, I provide all equipment.
If you're joining online, I’ll send you a simple list of items to have on hand (nothing fancy, and many things you already own). If you're local to Chester, I can even lend you what you need for the online season.
