Private sessions are your chance to get focused, custom support for the issues that matter most to you. Whether you're dealing with pain, stress, tightness, or physical limitations, these sessions meet you exactly where you are.
We'll work together to understand what your body needs right now, and build a plan that helps you move, feel, and function better over time.

Your sessions may incorporate Clinical Somatics, Pilates, and Functional Fitness, based on your goals and how you're feeling that day.
- Sometimes a session will focus only on Clinical Somatics to release tension, reduce pain, or open capacity for movement.
- If you need strength, structure, or postural work, we might lean into Clinical Somatics, Pilates or functional movement
- Some days we’ll do a little of everything
You don’t need to decide in advance. We'll adjust together based on what your body needs. This is a flexible, smart approach designed to help you feel better now while building long-term capacity.

Where and when
Sessions are held in my studio in Chester, Nova Scotia
Online sessions are available, though they won’t include Pilates machines or hands-on Clinical guidance
Available mornings, afternoons, and evenings
Appointments are offered Monday through Friday. Use the booking calendar to find a time that works for you. If nothing fits, reach out and we’ll try to find a solution.
What it costs:
$100 for a 60-minute session
$120 for a 75-minute session
No packages or pressure. Just pay per session.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely. That’s all you need.
