These 90-minute classes are for people who want to move with more ease, build functional strength, and learn how to care for their bodies without pushing through pain or pretending nothing hurts.

Whether you're joining us online or in Chester, you'll get expert instruction, real-time support, and a welcoming group of people who are on the same path you are.

What to expect in each class?

60 minutes of Functional Fitness

We'll work on feet, balance, fascia release, cardio, flexibility, and overall strength. Everything is adapted to your level—and there’s always a way to modify if something doesn’t feel right.

30 minutes of Clinical Somatics

This is the quiet, powerful work. It helps your brain re-pattern old tension and gives your body permission to let go. You’ll leave this part of class feeling calmer, taller, and more connected to yourself, with skills you can practice on your own at any time.

Throughout class, you’re encouraged to ask questions, get feedback, and speak up if something isn’t working for you. These classes are for you.

No experience required. No need to be flexible, athletic, or super coordinated. Just come as you are.

Monday + Wednesday mornings
9:00–10:30am AST

Online via Zoom: October through May
In-person in Chester (St. Stephen’s Tuck Hall): June through September

What it costs

$22 per 90-minute online class
$25 per 90-minute in-person class
Pay as you go. There are no contracts or subscriptions required.

What you'll need:

If you’re joining in-person, I provide all equipment.

If you're joining online, I’ll send you a simple list of items to have on hand (nothing fancy, and many things you already own). If you're local to Chester, I can even lend you what you need for the online season.
