Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Private sessions and classes must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time.

Private sessions and classes cancelled or not attended with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged as a full session.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may still end at the scheduled time so I can stay on schedule for other clients. We’ll make the most of the remaining time together, but the full session fee will still apply.

Emergencies & Unexpected Situations

We understand that life happens. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. Cancellations due to illness, inclement weather, or emergency situations will not be charged.
